Required Skills: Qualifications • Valid Driver’s License in the work state and reliable transportation • 10 years or more years of experience as architect, project manager, superintendent or production home builder • Experience in managing multiple staff members and projects • Extensive knowledge of Construction/Renovations Techniques/Processes, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flooring, Appliances, Landscaping and Irrigation Systems as they relate to residential homes • Mastery of general IBC building codes • Excellent oral and written communication • Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proven record of working independently and with minimal supervision • An effective team player with a positive attitude • Ability to work flexible hours which may include some weekends, after hours and overnight travel • Bi-lingual a plus • Basic computer skills. Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of project level Design, Preconstruction, and Construction. The Project Manager manages the applicable internal resources as well as third party resources for his/her respective projects. The Project Manager is responsible for several key performance indicators including Cost, Quality and Schedule of horizontal and vertical construction for his/her respective projects.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate internal and external resources for the safe execution of civil work and vertical construction
• Manage resource allocation to ensure completion of homes to minimize downtime, ensure quality and control costs
• Review project scopes change orders and pay applications - communicate with Vice President of Design & Construction
• Process RFI’s, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure scoped work follows plans, specifications, company Build Standards and Quality Standards
• Monitor, track, and report project progress
• Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Issue weekly and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal building inspections and safety regulations
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage all closeout activities, including warranty documentation
• Promote a good working relationship with all internal and external resources
• Promote positive relationships with municipal and jurisdictional authorities
• Maintain positive relationships within all neighboring properties
